Natasha Rigby is a Specialist Women’s Trainer and Owner of FITFIX Group Personal Training for Women. She has 15 years of experience specialising in the Wellness of Women with a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges associated with peri-menopausal and menopausal life stages. She is a Certified Menofitness Trainer and Holistic Core Restore Coach. Teaching females about respect and caring for their bodies by promoting Pelvic Floor Safe, Core Restore and Nutrition and Lifestyle changes to achieve Women’s  Hormonal Balance, giving women a smart new way of approaching their changing body and hormones.

Using not only her knowledge and personal experience she will provide the expertise, support and encouragement that can really make a difference to how women feels in their own skin. Wanting Women to look at themselves in the mirror and be proud of what they see.  Natasha wants you to learn as much about your body as you can so you understand it, respect it, love it and enjoy what it has to offer.
