Natasha Rigby is a Specialist Women’s Trainer and Owner of FITFIX Group Personal Training for Women. She has 15 years of experience specialising in the Wellness of Women with a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges associated with recovering from birth and early motherhood and beyond in peri-menopausal and menopausal life stages. Teaching females about respect and caring for their bodies by promoting Pelvic Floor Safe, Core Restore and Nutrition for Women’s Hormonal Balance, giving women a smart new way of approaching their changing body and Hormones.
Using not only her knowledge and personal experience she will provide the expertise, support and encouragement that can really make a difference to how women feels in their own skin.
